Who we are

Ringwise ("we") provides an AI phone assistant for UK clinics. Contact: hello@getringwise.co.uk.

This website

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited period.

Pilot requests

If you request a pilot, we keep the practice name, your name, work email, phone number and staff size so we can contact you about Ringwise. We delete these details on request, or after 24 months without contact.

Calls answered by Ringwise

When a clinic uses Ringwise, the clinic is the data controller for its patients' information and we act as its processor.
