Who is responsible

This is a personal project run by Antonio (Tony) Esposito, in London. Contact: hello@getringwise.co.uk. I decide how personal data on this site and on the phone line is used.

This website

The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. The hosting provider (Amazon CloudFront and S3) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

Email

If you email me, I keep the message and your address for as long as the conversation needs, and delete them on request.

The AI assistant phone line (+44 7455 734464)

The line is answered by an AI assistant. It says so at the start of the call, and the call is not recorded.

What Kept?
Call audio No. It is processed live to hold the conversation and is not recorded.
Transcripts No.
A message you leave (your name, callback number and up to about 500 characters) It is emailed to me. The server keeps only metadata: when, how long, and a masked number.
A call you book (your name and number) Stored in the event in my calendar. A confirmation is sent to you by text.
Call metadata (time, duration, outcome) Yes, for 90 days, with your number masked.
Your number, for fair-use limits Only as a one-way hash, to enforce a limit of a few calls a day.

Limits protect my costs: each call is capped at 5 minutes, and there is a daily cap on total call time.

Where it runs

Speech is processed by Amazon Bedrock in Stockholm (AWS eu-north-1). The application runs on AWS in Ireland (eu-west-1), and calls and texts are carried by Twilio. Calendar bookings use Google Calendar and message emails go through Amazon SES.

The clinic demo

If you ask for it, the line switches to a fictional medical practice, Riverside Medical Practice. It is a demonstration with fake data. Please do not share real health information. The demo does not give medical advice, and it never stores a reason for a visit, symptoms or medication.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use. Email me and I'll deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
